About Beth

A Denver-based Mestiza Chicana with ancestral ties to southern Colorado and Northern New Mexico, Beth weaves ancestral knowledge into all she does. Her death work services include planning of final wishes, crafting ceremony and ritual for home funerals and memorials, obituary and eulogy writing assistance, and she is a skilled officiant. She is also an accredited Enneagram Guide, offering individual and couples coaching, as well as presentations and workshops within government, nonprofit, and business settings.

After utilizing yoga in her own mild traumatic brain injury recovery, she also became a certified Yoga Teacher, specializing in restorative and yoga for brain injury. Her own experiences with loss, grief, and reclamation of ancestral wisdom have shaped her personal and professional purpose. Beth is a member of the LGBTQ community, a proud mom of two adult children, and she lives in her beloved neighborhood of Northside with her husband Jim and their adorable and spoiled little terrier mix rescue dogs, Paloma and Mia.

Beth weaves together so many skills in her work. As a coach she brings knowledge and heart to the guidance she is offering. She makes the concepts of the Enneagram easy to integrate into the day to day. I am grateful for her teachings.
